And I’ve lost about 2 pounds. Nothing major but I do feel less bloated and lighter so that’s good! Here is an example of what I’ve been eating Monday-Friday
Breakfast: Banana with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Salmon, Veggies and Brown Rice
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Smoothie (incredients: almond milk, half a frozen banana, frozen blueberries, spinach)
Snack: Hard boiled egg
You would THINK I’d be dropping the pounds like flies but I’m not. And I’m sure it’s because I havent incorporated any working out yet and on the weekends I’m still drinking at least one of the nights. Soooo. ya….. lol It’s not the most perfect diet but I’m working on it! Keep you posted!
UPDATE: Blogger and friend Susan informed me I’m not getting enough protein. So I will be adding protein powder to my smoothies. Kthxbye
