me waking up: i can’t wait to go to sleep tonight

Sometimes I have these moments where I’m just all by myself and I can’t stop smiling because I’m so amused by my life sometimes. For instance:
Tonight I showered at my friends apt nearby because my bathroom is being remodeled. And as I was driving home, hair still a little damp, in sweat pants and a baggy sweatshirt I decided I wanted to swing by my local Fro-yo. It was 9:45 and about to close and sure I probably shouldn’t have been getting yogurt at 10 at night… But there I was!
As I parked I noticed the store was completely empty and the two little employees were folding up chairs and cleaning everything up. I almost didn’t go in but luckily there was a guy walking in so I thought “well at least I won’t be the only party foul.”
So as him and I stood there, getting our fro-yo together I couldn’t help but laugh to myself because of COURSE he was hot. Like super super hot. And there I was … Looking like crap. When 90% of the time I look decent but this ONE time I look awful.
Is that just the Gods of Love and Life pointing and laughing at me ? I think I amuse them sometimes and they really like to mess with me .
