it’s a great circuit training workout

  • 10 min treadmill warmup (walk/jog)
  • 2 or 3 x 20 reps dumbell rows in squat position
  • 2/3 x 20 reps squats
  • 2/3 x 20 reps lying dumbell tricep extensions
  • 3 x 12 reps reverse lunges (per leg)
  • 8 min treadmill run
  • 3 x 18 reps bicep curls in lunge position (per leg)
  • 3 x 18 reps lateral raise in lunge position (per leg)
  • 8 min treadmill run
  • 20 x incline crunches
  • 3 x 18 reps prone kneeling leg extensions (per leg)
  • 3 x 15 reps forward lunges (per leg)
  • 8 min treadmill cooldown (walk/jog)

I had an amazing workout today. All by myself-just in the zone. I did cardio for 30, weights, sit-ups, and stretched.

It felt good! I love being back at a gym and getting back into the groove.

So I follow this blog….

and it’s called It’s The Skinny because you know…looking at bitches with flat bellys inspires me to lose weight. The only bad part about this is that I only really look at tumblr at the end of the day…so by the time I see these photos…my day is over and I forgot to do sit-ups.
