No Doubt it back!! And it feels like they never left. They released their new single and music video “Settle Down” today and it’s like they haven’t even aged!! Can you get any more gorgeous than Gwen Stefani?? She’s 42 years old and I still want to be her.

It’s not as epic as B.O.B.’s “Airplanes” but it’s still great.
B.O.B and Taylor Swift released the music video for “Both Of Us” today on MTV. It’s beautiful and inspiring. I love all the messages B.O.B. raps about in his songs. And let’s be real…Taylor Swift looks beautiful per usual.
We haven’t seen her in a music video since The Hunger Games’ “Safe & Sound” so I’m happy to see her in one again while I desperately wait for a new album. Watch above! It’s a goodie, I promise.

Oh yay. Demi Lovato did a special intimate performance with Vevo and performed her latest single “Give Your Heart A Break”. Love this song…as you know from previous posts. If I were to think back on the last 2 songs I’ve had on repeat in the past 4 months it would be this one and Bieber’s “Girlfriend” haha

We all know how I’m obsessed with the teeny-bop scene even though I’m in my mid-20s. And I shouldnt care about celebs like Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato…etc. But I still do!
So I must say that I am quite proud that I don’t have a single clue what any of the names are of the boys in One Direction. Woo! lol

I havent bought it yet (don’t worry I will) but I did listen to Justin Bieber’s whole new album – Believe– on Spotify for free. The only songs that stood out to me were All Around The World (above) and Die In Your Arms. The rest seem a little slow pace… but maybe I need to listen to it more closely to really fall in love. Who knows…
But you must listen to this song above. It should have been his second single. It’s so good!

John Mayer has FINALLY spoken out about Taylor Swift’s song about him titled Dear John. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine Mayer said,
“I’m pretty good at taking accountability now, and I never did anything to deserve that. It was a really lousy thing for her to do,” he said. “I never got an email. I never got a phone call. I was really caught off guard, and it really humiliated me at a time when I’d already been dressed down. I mean, how would you feel if, at the lowest you’ve ever been, someone kicked you even lower?”

Ya… exactly. Miss Swift did not hold back. She was 19…in love…and her heart was broken. And she’s a phenominal songwriter, of course she’s going to pour her heart into a song like that. John Mayer also went on to say: “I will say as a songwriter that I think it’s kind of cheap songwriting, I know she’s the biggest thing in the world, and I’m not trying to sink anybody’s ship, but I think it’s abusing your talent to rub your hands together and go, ‘Wait till he gets a load of this!’ That’s bulls-“
Low blow Mayer…low blow. The song was not cheap. That’s what songwriters do. They take their life experiences and their feelings and they turn it into a song. How could you call a song cheap with an opening line of “Long were the nights when my days once revolved around you” ? (I mean, genius) I don’t think Taylor was rubbing her hands together saying “wait till he gets a load of this!” I think she was doing what she does with every relationship…writing a song about it. And for him to say “Boo-hoo me. She kicked me down when I was already down.” that’s his own fault for being a douche to women. So… he got what he deserved.
I can’t even imagine what Taylor is thinking about this interview…..
