Okay after watching Food Inc tonight I’m going to take some baby steps and try to eat healthier.
1) Start eating less meat. I know I can’t completely cut meat out of my life yet…maybe one day… but I’m definitely going to cut down and go with the alternate options when they are available
2) Visit local farmers markets and buy my fruits and veggies there
3) Go with organic foods instead when I’m at the supermarket
