In case you didn’t know, this year’s VMAs will have a Britney Spears’ tribute. The rumored set list and pop stars performing in the tribute have been released. We don’t know for sure if this is actually going to be what happens next Sunday evening but all we can do is hope!

Back when she was on top of the music industry, everyone looked forward to what Britney would put together as a performance. She paved the way for all future music artists. If you were going to be performing at the VMAs…you better bring your A game. They learned that from Brit. I can’t wait to see this!

Can we all discuss the new directors cut music video for Britney Spears’ “Gimme More” ? I have no idea why this is just being released now but I love it! The original video just looked like a hot mess but even though this one is still a hot mess…at least she’s showing more personality. And there are all these fun different looks. Love!

I went to see Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale tour at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night. I have been one of her BIGGEST fans since she first hit the scene. But I’m not just a fan that cheers and worships every move she makes…I am very critical of Britney. I want to see her at her best, doing well, being happy and looking great.
The tour DID NOT disappoint!! I was in love! Britney opened the show with “Hold It Against Me” and from the moment she stepped out on stage, the audience never sat down. Her songs are so much fun you can’t help but dance and sing along to hit after hit that she performs.
She put on an AMAZING show. Not just because the costumes, theatrics and props were amazing but because Britney showed up with energy and personality. Something I felt was lacking from her most recent television performances. I was worried that she would just run around on stage like a puppet…with no emotion behind the songs but she didnt! She felt the energy from the crowd and was really enjoying herself. And that was all I needed to see. The spark that Britney once had was there! Whether she wants to still be performing or not…she can’t help the fact that the performance gene is in her blood and when shes on that stage…all she can do is put on an amazing show.
My favorite performances were: I Wanna Go, 3, and Till The World Ends. Words can’t express how awesome it looked to see the waves of people all jumping up and down together to “I Wanna Go”. Insane!
L.A. even got a special treat and Nicki Minaj came on stage for Till The World Ends and sang the remix version! I was so proud of my girl!! I never would have thought she could pull off a huge tour like this but she is doing it! And she’s doing it well! I honestly loved every minute of it!
