Another favorite performance of the night was Bruno Mars!! He sang his new single Gorilla and it was visually amazing and his voice has never sounded so good. I’m stoked he made this his next single. It’s my favorite song off his album.

You guys…. Katy Perry’s performance was really, really bad. So much hype for this performance, she ended the show, and it was such a let down. It was the corniest performance I have ever seen at the MTV VMAs.
You have a strong single Katy and you are going to ruin it with your cheesy theme. Fail.

My second favorite performance of the night was Macklemore’s Same Love. I was hoping he’d perform this at the VMAs and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
You can tell how passionate he is about this message. And Jennifer Hudson’s special appearance made it even more epic!! I’ve got so much love for Macklemore I don’t even know what to do with myself!

I don’t know about you but I am VERY excited for this Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards. I can tell it’s going to be an epic show with performances from Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Macklemore and maybe even NSync!!!!
