I kind of feared that Carly Rae Jepsen would turn into a one hit wonder. I mean, you don’t have a hit single like “Call Me Maybe” that takes the world by storm, and not become a one hit wonder. But her newest music video and song “Good Time” has me thinking twice. This song is fun and catchy. I’m loving it! I hope it gets the attention it deserves!

Check out Carly’s new music video for “Good Time” featuring Owl City. It’s no Call Me Maybe but it has potential! It makes me want to have a good time!

This looks super funny and amusing however it looks extremely similar to Bridesmaids. Even Rebel Wilson, the fat english roommate of Kristen Wiig is in the movie. But I guess who cares because I am going to see it anyway and probably enjoy every second of it.

Omg yes!! This movie looks awesome. Chick flick at its finest! Can’t wait to see it. The last line in the trailer seriously made me spit out my water.

We all know that NSync’s “Girlfriend” and Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend” have a lot in common. Not only are the lyrics similar but the music videos are too!
Well thank goodness some guy named Raheem D decided to do a mashup of the two songs and it turned out LEGIT.

So good. The two songs and the even the music videos go perfectly together.
Can I download this on iTunes??? Take a listen. Can’t get better than that… (well in my world anyway ha)

I remember when I was blogging for an entertainment media website back in February and one of my assignments was to blog about Gotye’s new music video for “Easy Way Out.” I had NEVER heard of this guy. I wasn’t sure if Gotye was a band or just one guy and like many of us, I didn’t even know how to pronounce his name. I immediately did as much research as I could on him so my blog would sound somewhat credible and gave a pretty generic review of his new video.

Mind you, Easy Way Out came out 9+ months AFTER his video for “Somebody That I Used To Know” came out. Then shortly after, out of nowhere, “Somebody That I Used To Know” blew up on all the radio stations and we couldn’t stop hearing it if we tried. Long story short, this hilarious youtube video made me think of that blog. And I laugh because we’ve all been these guys whether we wanted to be or not. Watch.

Demi Lovato surprised the audience when she brought out Nick Jonas to sing with her on stage at The Greek last night. Sooooo fun! I want to be there! I love all of Demi’s music. I really do. “Catch me” and “Dont Forget” are two of my favorite songs by her and it’s great to see her perform them with Nick.

Back when I was a super-fan of NSYNC and Britney Spears… the opportunity to make youtube videos like this did not exist. The closest I could get was to watch the recording of a music video or live performance on my vhs, rewind it multiple times and teach myself the choreography. And if my friends would put up with it, I’d perform it at every social gathering I could. 

But now, we have super-fans that can take a music video and recreate it shot by shot to absolute perfection. This kid who made his own version of Beyonce’s video for “Countown” is beyond amazing. This is why I shouldnt stay up past 1am. I was reading my “Reality Blurred” blog where I discovered this new documentary – Donkey Love.

OMG this is really happening. Watch the trailer above. (dont worry you dont see anything graphic)

So this is happening…

Miley Cyrus’ brother- Trace Cyrus – released a music video for his single “Sippin On Sunshine” and well,  it’s interesting. I didn’t think I’d be able to watch the whole video but I did! I was so intrigued by how hard core he looks but how corny the song is. And the lead girl in the music video?? What a hot mess. She looks like she was high and wasted during filming.
