Taylor Swift’s new album has leaked. I’ve found two new songs on tumblr that I’ve listened to. “22″ and “Everything Has Changed” and so far…. not loving them. They arent awful or anything but my goodness…when I blasted every song off of the Speak Now album there wasnt a SINGLE song that I didn’t love right off the bat. And now I’ve heard 3 off of Red that I’m just not stoked on. 

Every song on Speak Now was written soley by her and on this new album she worked with other song writers. Maybe she should just stick to writing the songs herself. 
I LOVE:

  •          We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together
  •          I Knew You Were Trouble
  •          Red
  •          Begin Again

So 4 our of 7 isn’t bad, I suppose.

I’ve listened to Taylor Swift’s latest single “State of Grace” twice now and I just don’t know if I’m feeling it. It’s good but it just doesnt give me chills and touch my heart like every other one of her other songs do. 
The song is about finding love when you least expect it. Probably one of the happiest moments anyone could ever experience…but something about the tone of chorus makes me feel sad. When she sings “And I never saw you coming. And I’ll never been the same” it just sounds more eerie than happy to me.

Taylor Swift – Begin Again

I’m super depressed because I wrote a whole blog last night right when I was hearing this song for the first time. But because it was a “reblog” the original person must have deleted the audio…causing my blog to be deleted as well. So here we go: round 2

I’m completely in love with Taylor’s new song “Begin Again.” If you just sit there, turn it up and listen to the lyrics, it touches your heart. It’s amazing. The way she is with lyrics…I can’t even handle. So so good. The song is about going on a first date date after getting over a difficult breakup and feeling hope that just maybe you can “begin again” with someone new. It’s amazing. Just listen.

Fans are speculating that the song is about Will Anderson from the band Parachute. And the guy she is getting over in the song is Jake Gyllenhaal. A-mazing.
