Britney Spears Releases “Perfume”: Irreplaceably Perfect And Long Overdue
She’s marking her territory and leaving one thing behind, “I hope she smells my perfume” Britney confesses in her new ballad “ Perfume”. It’s most likely the greatest example of the iconic Britney voice that only Britney Spears can create. “Perfume” is unmistakably Britney Spears.
At first listen you wonder why this ballad is Britney’s second single and you might even wonder why release it at all and then by second listen you realize exactly why this is so perfect.
“I’ll never tell, tell on myself but I hope she smells my perfume” becomes immediately addictive to listen to. Pop music ballad perfection!
I’ve always been a big fan of smash hit Britney dance tracks but this is irreplaceably perfect and long overdue.
Congrats Britney, and well done.
And I’m just gonna say it and I kind of can’t believe I’m having this reaction but I feel like there’s a decent chance we could see some good things happen with this track. Fan favorite for sure.

I haven’t sat down to write you guys in SUCH a long time. Long overdue! We’re all so used to getting our thoughts out in 140 characters, but sometimes its nice to take time to sit down and write something a little longer and more personal. I am putting the finishing touches on my new album, “Britney Jean” over the next few days and I am so excited for you to hear it. I poured my heart and soul into this album and it’s been an incredible journey. I’ve learned a lot about myself, and as I am finishing, I am reminded of the incredible foundation that has supported me for the last 15 years. Thank you all for continuing to follow me on this journey and for allowing me to do what I love to do. I can’t believe this is my eighth studio album and I know I keep telling you that it is my most personal record yet, but its true and I’m really proud of that.
I have been through a lot in the past few years and it has really inspired me to dig deeper and write songs that I think everyone can relate to. Working with people like Sia, William Orbit, and of course Will.i.am has been an amazing experience. They have listened to all of my ideas and helped me bring them to life. There are a lot of really fun, upbeat dance songs, but it was important to me that I show my strength, and my attitude, and my vulnerability. Of course, I also have some surprises for you guys.

She’s very relaxed and composed. I think this interviewer has a fabulous style and that comes across perfectly.
I really only thought I’d watch 2 minutes of this interview but I ended up watching the whole thing because Britney is so natural and relaxed and just adorable.

Britney Spears Releases Official Music Video for “Work B*tch!”
This is EXACTLY what Britney needed right now and exactly what her fans wanted from her. After watching B Spears’ new video I can easily say I have not seen her look this amazing in a long time. She is putting it all out there in just under 4 minutes!
We’ve got fierceness, sexiness and actual choreography! She seriously looks flawless in every shot. I love the pink dress moments and the green top shots. My favorite part of the video is at 3:10.
If you take all the videos by the current female pop artists right now: Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, and Miley Cyrus… Britney Spears just killed them ALL when it comes to music videos. So proud of my BB.

Britney Spears announced on Good Morning America today that she will be doing a two year stint in Las Vegas!!! 50 shows a year at the Planet Hollywood casino.
I can’t wait to go!!!! It’s such a great gig for her right now. People will come to her, it’s stable, and she doesn’t have to travel all over the world.

Britney Spears premieres new single “Work Bitch”
Okay, so you’ve listened to it and right off the back you’re either like “OMG! So fun!” or you’re like “Umm no. Doesn’t do anything for me.”
If you’re one of those “Umm no doesn’t do anything for me.” then I have a challenge for you. Drive around in your car and turn this song up as loud as it will go and tell me it doesn’t pump you up. Or blast it in your headphones and start running at the gym. Or go to a club and tell me this song doesn’t make you want to dance your ass off. The beat is SO good.
“You want a hot body? You want a Bugatti? You want a Maserati? You better work bitch! You want a Lamborghini, sip martinis, look hot in a bikini, you better work bitch!”
My only issue with the song is that it’s a lot of beat and not much Britney. I love a Britney song that goes chorus, verse, chorus, bridge. But even though she doesn’t follow that pattern in this new single, I still can say I’m a fan. I’m happy with it! She never disappoints me with her music.
