I hate this day. I really really do. And I know there are other things in life that could be worse. And I’m young single and still have hope. But still. Valentines Day sucks!!!!!!!!! I hate it I hate it I hate it. And social media just makes it worse. Can you imagine a day when girls didnt have FB or instagram to show off the flowers they receive? Whatever did they do?!?! Yes I’m bitter…yes when I have a bf and he sends me flowers I will post pics of them on social media…but as of now all I can do is hate on others. Cause I am a big ball of jealousy. Jealousy does not look good on me.

To make matters worse this morning I was browsing thru my instagram and both of the guys I used to date uploaded COLLAGES of them and their new girlfriends. It was only 10am. And this was GUYS doing this. What has the world come to? It felt like daggers to my heart. All I wanted to do was crawl up in a big ball and cry. My friend calls me an online cutter. And she’s probably right. Why torture myself like this?? So I did the best thing I could do and I unfollowed both of them on instagram and I promise to never look back! I know…hold your applause. Youre SO proud of me.

I refuse to look at any social media for the rest of the day. It’s a yucky world out there today. It’s overwhelming and does nothing but make me feel sad alone depressed and single. F*ck Valentines Day.

I watched David Letterman last night because TSwift was the guest on the show. I never tune into Letterman so it REALLY tripped me out to watch his full show.

Are people aware that he is super old, not funny and clearly needs to retire?? I couldnt believe it. His monologue wasn’t even a little funny and all the jokes were lame. He even had a bit where “undecided voters send in cartoons of what they want in a President” and it was just so silly. Even he stopped to discuss how the bit wasn’t amusing at all. Now that is not a good sign. I was truly shocked that he is still a late night host. Let’s let him and Jay Leno retire and let Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon and Conan take over.

Inventions like Facebook and Instagram. That allow me to see that my ex bought his new girlfriend roses. If these stupid social media sites were never invented then I wouldn’t have to stalk and see such things as this. I could go about my Thursday not knowing that he sent her white roses and that she would then hashtag the photo #whataguy

You don’t have to be into the Royal Wedding, you could even care less. But it’s really annoying when people have to bring down other people that do find it exciting and fun to watch. Guess what…you don’t look cool by saying “There’s a wedding? I had NO idea” or “Thank God the wedding is over! Now let’s get back to real issues of the world!”

Yes people…there are other issues going on in the world. Some devasting, some serious some awful…but that does not mean that you have to talk crap on those who are excited about something romantic and good. Why is it so wrong to be excited about an event that happens every few decades??

Get over it people. Just let people be happy and talk about something good for once. We can discuss the tragedies tomorrrow as we do every single day.
